We take care of your data. Here is how we collect, use and store it.

1. What data we collect

Through the application form we receive your name, email, phone number or messenger handle (optional), country of residence, level of education, preferred university, planned start date and the text of your message. In addition, when you visit the site, web analytics services automatically receive technical data about the visit — see section 4.

2. How we use the data

Form data is used only to contact you, find suitable study programs and support your admission. We do not share it with third parties or use it for mailings without your consent.

3. Storage and security

The data is kept in a secure database accessible only to staff who handle applications. We keep it for as long as needed to provide the service and delete it on request.

4. Cookies and web analytics

The site itself does not set cookies. Two web analytics services do — they help us understand which pages people read and where the site is hard to use:

  • Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) counts visits and traffic sources. Its Webvisor module records on-page activity: scrolling, mouse movement and clicks. Cookies: _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc and other service cookies, kept for up to 1 year.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) counts visits and page views. Cookies: _ga and _ga_<container-id>, kept for 2 years. Data is processed on Google's servers, including outside your country of residence.

These services receive technical data: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you open and the page you came from. The contents of the application form fields are hidden from Webvisor recordings, and application data is not sent to analytics.

You can refuse cookies in your browser settings by blocking them or deleting those already stored. The services also offer their own opt-outs: Yandex Metrica blocker and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site keeps working either way.

The site also stores a flag in your browser (localStorage) once you dismiss the cookie notice or the language hint, so they are not shown again.

5. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, contact us in any way convenient for you.

6. Consent

By submitting the form, you consent to the processing of your personal data under this policy. By continuing to use the site, you agree to the use of cookies by the web analytics services described in section 4.
